STRENGTH & CONDITIONING FOR THE HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE ATHLETE
A Progressive Strength and Conditioning Program Designed to Improve: Strength, Explosiveness, Footwork, Agility, Speed, Endurance, Coordination, Flexibility, Performance in Athletics, & Injury Prevention.
Strength and Conditioning Sessions:
4 Weeks
12 Sessions / 3 Days A Week
1 - 1.5 Hour Session
2 & 4 Day/Week Training Options.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Whether you're a seasoned veteran to fitness or a new comer, personal training is great for all levels of fitness. New comers can take advantage of learning proper technique and program design to help reach their goals. Veterans can learn new exercises as well as advanced program design to optimize their already great fitness level.
Personal Training Rates:
Single 45 Min. Session $35
Train with a Friend $50 ($25/person)
