Strength Training Program for All Levels
TWMHC is now offering Individualized Program Design. Whether you’re a regular in the free weight area or new to strength training; our certified personal trainers will help design a program just for you based on your fitness goals and exercise knowledge.
The first month we get you started with an individualized fitness assessment and exercise history. We then design a program based on your goals and fitness level.
Each additional month we build on the first or previous month progressing you through a structured goal oriented program.
A certified personal trainer will not only design your program but will also be overseeing all your workouts throughout the month.
Making suggestions and available to discuss questions and providing motivation!
